How to Initiate a Return/Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please:

Wait for confirmation from us before dispatching the item. Items dispatched without prior contact may not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any loss.

Return Reasons

Defective / Faulty / Wrong Item / Missing Parts

  • Report the issue immediately or within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is free. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging and accessories.

Arrived Damaged

  • Report the issue immediately or within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide a written statement from the courier company stating that the item was damaged during shipping.
  • Return shipping is free. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging and accessories.

Changed Mind / Purchased by Mistake

  • Some clearance sale items may not be returnable due to the offer they were sold under. Please read the product description carefully.
  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. We will provide the shipping label and deduct the cost from the refund.
  • New items must be returned in their original, sealed, unopened packaging.
  • Items with manufacturer seals should be returned with the seal intact. If the seal is broken, a 10-70% amount will be deducted from the refund, depending on the product’s usage and condition.
  • Returns for generic accessories are not accepted.

Returns After 30 Days

If the 30-day period has passed, returns are accepted within the seller’s warranty (if any) for repair purposes only. Return shipping shall be paid by the customer. Send an email to info@ukphonebase.com with the tracking number, courier company name, and order number in the subject line. Use the same email for follow-ups.

Customer-Arranged Returns

If you are returning the parcel on your own, please mention your order number on the parcel or include a note inside. For all returns (where applicable), devices should be reset to factory settings, removing all locks and IDs. Otherwise, the replacement/refund process may be delayed.

Refunds

No refund is applicable after 30 days of purchase, regardless of the issue or fault and warranty offered with the product. The final refund amount is at the sole discretion of UK Phone Base and may differ from the amounts mentioned above. Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders Placed Through Clearpay & Klarna

  • Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed after a 10% deduction for reasons such as incorrect address, change of mind, or any reason not attributable to UK Phone Base.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the item is received and may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account. If approved, refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policies. If a prepaid return label is provided, the customer must print it and visit the nearest post office to ship the parcel. We do not provide collection services. Ensure that the device is reset to original settings and that no data, passcode, screen lock, or email ID is linked to it before dispatching. The product should be shipped within 7 days of return acceptance; otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any loss, and acceptance of the return will be at the company’s discretion.
