All new items purchased from UK Phone Base come with a Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty ensures that your product is covered by the respective manufacturer for a specified period. Please note the following:

  • After the initial 30-day return period, UK Phone Base is not responsible for any further return, refund, or exchange requests.
  • For issues arising after this period, customers should directly contact the Manufacturer’s Customer Support unless otherwise specified.

Other Product Conditions

For items in conditions such as Refurbished, Open Never Used, or Used, UK Phone Base provides a 1-year comprehensive UK Phone Base Warranty (in some cases, a Manufacturer warranty if mentioned). This warranty covers all manufacturer-related issues and ensures you receive a fully functional and reliable device.

Please Note:

  • Open Never Used items may or may not come with original packaging. Devices are activated before dispatch for testing purposes and may include stock used for display purposes.

Warranty Exclusions

The UK Phone Base Warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Physical or Water Damage: Any damage caused by accidental drops, impact, or liquid contact voids the warranty.
  • Electrical Failure or Short Circuits: Damages resulting from electrical failures, such as short circuits or power surges, are not covered.
  • Battery Faults: Issues related to the device’s battery, including defects or malfunctioning, are not covered.

Repair / Replacement Policy

Under our 1-year warranty policy:

  • UK Phone Base will assess the reported issues and attempt to repair the device.
  • If repair is not feasible, a replacement will be provided.
  • The defective device must be returned to UK Phone Base before any further action is taken.
  • Replacement devices are not dispatched until the faulty unit is received.
  • Customers must thoroughly review and understand this condition before placing an order.

Important: The UK Phone Base Warranty covers issues linked to the manufacturer during the warranty period. If a problem is not due to manufacturing faults, or if the device has been tested by a third party without approval from UK Phone Base, the warranty is void. In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the costs of parts.
  • Pricing is determined by the Manufacturer or Authorized Dealers’ website. If unavailable, UK Phone Base’s listed price will be considered final and cannot be contested.
